These are traditional houses that have been restored maintaining the characteristics of Galician rural houses.

With easy access to the road that goes from Monterrosso to Palas de Rey, this house is on a plot on the east side of the village. All its large windows are oriented to the southeast and are built in granite with tile roof. It has been partially renewed as follows:

-The windows have been extended with the same granite as in the rest of the house to allow more sunlight to enter and have better views -

-The stone walls have been completely restored using the same stone used to build them A new roof tile has been built and properly designed with thermal insulation and waterproofing, beams and exposed ceilings in treated wood

-The ground between the first and the ground floor has been built with exposed wooden beams and roof and a reinforced concrete slab has been placed on it.

-The floor on the ground floor has been adequately insulated and waterproofed. All windows have double glazing with aluminum frames lacquered in white.
